In TCU's Research & Evaluation class, students are assigned teams and allowed to choose a company for a semester-long, comprehensive research case study.  DreamWorks Animation has recently been experiencing bankruptcy problems, so my group was interested in discovering the best way for them to restructure their business practices.  We started with five research objectives then completed primary and secondary research. Finally, we summarized our findings and created some strategy recommendations for the company which they could use moving forward.
